My main aim for setting up Snuggleshoes is to help provide a better life for my two little girls.  However I also wanted to ensure my customers were treated the way I would expect to be treated.  I will always go the extra mile for my customers and ensure that orders are shipped the same day they are placed, I try my best to reply to emails within 24 hours, but I'm always happy for you to chase me up if you haven't heard back from me immediately. :-)

Any problems whatsoever just email me and I will resolve things for you. We offer a no quibble returns policy so you can return any items unused for a refund. We are a real home grown family run business and my aim is to keep us that way.
